　　bit 3 - 0: Length (number of bytes) of the memoryAddress parameter

　　　　此参数取决于addressAndLengthFormatIdentifier定义长度

    5.memorySize

请求数据格式长度不正确

未通过安全访问

此NRC表示无法尝试下载到服务器的内存
由于某些故障情况而完成

没有执行31 擦除服务时。
